  1. Criteria for Admission:

University degree or above from a recognized university

Minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience

Overseas citizens or recommended by foreign-invested companies in Shanghai

Healthy

Below the age of 40

From March 1st to May 30th

All the application material are required to arrive to the admission department of

Foreign Students Office in FudanUniversityby mailbefore May 30th,2006.

Original or authorized copy of university degree and certificate of graduation. Any certificates mentioned above in other languages than Chinese and English will be required to be submitted with authorized translation copy in Chinese or English.

Authorized Copy of GMAT score of 600 or abovewithin the period of validity of 5 years

Related track records of work experiences in hardcopy

Original copies of two recommendation letters from senior executives in English or Chinese

Personal Statement (in English):

The statement (in approximately 2000 words) is expected to explain the applicant’s education background, work experience, study plan on preparing for your master degree

Copy of regular passport within period of validity

Two ID photos (in the same size with the one in your passport) with one of them pasted on the application form

5 Application fee:

nonrefundable US$100 or RMB800in cash, cheque or by mail remittance.

6 Admission Process:

Submit all the required application documentations for check and review by the admission department

Interview with Admission Committee

Receive confirmation letter through email upon acceptance decision made by Admission Committee

The result of enrollment will be published on the Website of Announcement of Foreign Student Office in the middle of June 2006

Obtain the written enrollment notice through the mailing address designated for accepted candidates

7 Registration:

Accepted candidates must register for the enrollment in September, 2006. The exact

timewill be referred to in written enrollment notice.

8 Duration of Program:

Full-time study in two years (from Monday to Friday every week).Participants who

have completed all required courses and a thesis are conferred MBA Degree from

FudanUniversity and a certificate from MIT Sloan.

9 Tuition

RMB 140,000 for two years（including cost of textbook and study material. Accommodation fees are excluded）in two installments.
