Along with Chinese economy fast and stable growth, the demands of Chinese enterprises in the process of development to capital especially to international capital also grow fast, and the Chinese enterprises’ desire to expand the investment area become more intensive too. It has already become Chinese enterprises’ new financing tendency that to obtain international invest organization or Multinational Corporation’s strategic capital investment in order to meet the demand of their strategic development, improve their management structure and broaden the international market with the aid of strategic investor's prestige and channel.
However, the various countries enterprises and Chinese companies have the different cultural contexts, different knowledge structures, different monetary systems, different transaction rules and different judgment standards.
