Grant/Scholarship Request Form for Registration Fees

The goal of the Legion Baseball Program is to compete in a traveling Legion baseball league while experiencing the thrill of competition and displaying sportsmanship.

Grants: Financial need grants are available. If you are unable to afford the fee, please visit with the Director and fill out a short, confidential form for your grant.

We do not require Proof of Need to obtain a Scholarship/Grant for the covering of your child (s) however we do ask you check which of the following options are best for your family’s situation.

______Option 1: We can pay the full $150 registration fee but need to make it through a payment plan of $37.50/month: Payments due on April 1, May 1, June 1, and July 1

______Option 2: We can pay a portion of the registration fee ($100) but need to make it through a payment plan of $25/month: Payments due on April 1, May 1, June 1, and July

______Option 3: We can pay a portion of the registration fee ($75) but need to make it through a payment plan of $18.75/month: Payments due on April 1, May 1, June 1, and July 1

______Option 4: The registration fee is a financial burden that we cannot afford at this time and are requesting a full waiver of the registration fee.

Registration does not include uniform costs. Players will provide their own uniform top, pants and cleats.

Your team top can be ordered through your son’s coach and there will be a separate cost for that. Both Teener teams and the Legion team wear the same top so your son can wear all through high school.
