Coach Security Clearance Policy: August - September
Review your club policy relative to coachsecurity
clearances and make sure your coaches comply.
Annual Club Coaching Report:October 1
Link to the on-line Coaching Report will be provided.
Insurance Renewal:October 1
New certificates will be e-mailed to club Presidents.
BC/SSC membership fees - Billing # 1:October 1
Clubs will be invoiced 50% of previous years fees + 50.00
annual club affiliation fee.
Invoice will be e-mailed to yourclub Treasurer for payment
within 30 days.
SSC Membership Data Base:October 15
Club Registrars to have completed bulk registration
in the SSC data base for the 2014-15 season.
Skatersshould not register for any SSC or BCSSA
sanctioned competition until they have completed
registration with their club for the 2014-15 season.
Registrars should present a list of registered members
to the Club Executive and to the Club Coaches to verify
no one has been missed.
Deadline: Payment of fee billing # 1 to the BCSSA OfficeOctober 31
Deadline: On-line Coaching Report to be completedNovember 15
Reminder: Registrars must check data base for accuracy.December 15-31
SSC will bill for fees on January 1st.

Nominations are not due until May 1st but they take time
so start now by selecting your nominees and delegating
members in your club to work on gathering info needed
to complete the required on-line forms.
Clubs can nominate in the following categories.
* Coach of the Year
* Volunteer of the Year
* Youth Volunteer of the Year

Order Cutting Edge Pins:February 15
Use the order form on the SSC website to order pins for your
club directly from SSC.
Deadline: last day for additions/changes to SSC memberMarch 15
data base.
Deadline: Officials upgrade requests to ODCMarch 31

As per E-6 of the BCSSA PPR (Policies, Procedures and
Regulations) each member club shall submit an annual
report to the BCSSA president 4 weeks prior to the AGM.
A report template will be provided for clubs to complete.

BCSSA Office. This will allow the Office to update all
group e-mails and contacts on the website.
A Directory template will be sent to you in June.
