TO COMMEND THE CHAPIN HIGH SCHOOL SAT TEAM 2002 FOR ITS HARD WORK, PREPARATION, AND DETERMINATION AND TO CONGRATULATE THE TEAM MEMBERS AND COACHES FOR THEIR REMARKABLE PERFORMANCE IN THE FINAL ROUND OF COMPETITION BY WINNING THE 2002 CLASS AA SAT STATE CHAMPIONSHIP.

Whereas, the Chapin High School SAT Team 2002 has won the praise and admiration of their entire student body, faculty, and administration when they succeeded in capturing the 2002 Class AA SAT State Championship; and

Whereas, the Chapin High School SAT Team 2002 consists of Richard Crapps, Charlie Shipley, Lindsey Robertson, Ben Westin, Derek Swindall, Erin Rusaw, Amy Dix, Caroline Nelson, Megan White, Kyle Epting, Patrick Gregory, Parker Melvin, Brandon Bilinski, Emily Nelson, Staci Kubik, Beth Washington, Amanda Young, Jad Taylor, Jennifer Wilkes, Jean Whyte, and Katherine Adams; and

Whereas, the Chapin High SAT Team - 2002 excelled under the guidance of Coaches Jack LeGrand, W.F. Sullivan, and Linda Baldwin. Chapin Principal John Anderson is thrilled with their level of achievement in a competition which highlights some of South Carolina’s brightest young minds; and

Whereas, we are thrilled to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of the Chapin High School SAT Team - 2002 and wish all the team members great success in their future scholastic endeavors. Now, therefore,
