Description: / To ensure that daily, weekly and monthly debtors reporting are completed accurately and timeously and all queries are effectively and timeously attended.

  • Diploma Financial Management (NQF5)
  • 2 years work-related experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • SAP skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to handle pressure (deadline driven)
  • Efficient customer liaison

Key Performance Area / Description
Charge Card Collections / Weekly analysis and distribution of Age Analysis for feedback
Reduction of overdue legal accounts
Contact and communicate with legal attorneys
Advise Debtors Manager regarding problems with customers
obtain emergency credit limits for customers

Charge Card Management / Compiling, analysis and vetting of credit applications
Submission of all credit applications to insurance
Management of all insured debtors
Opening of all charge cards
Weekly and monthly reporting iro insurance policies
Opening of all School Charge Cards
National Accounts / Monthly reconciling and follow up on overdue amounts
Compiling, reconciliation and distribution of monthly payments received
Query resolution
Preparation and distribution of payments
Monthly allocation of payments made for national accounts
Administration and Queries / All documentation and filing to be in order
Manage store queries
All necessary correspondence done timeously to relevant parties
Monthly/yearly GL debtors recons / Preparation of various sections for pre-release file- Bulks, Legal ,Rd’s Charge cards, National Accounts, etc.
Preparation of CGIC payments / Preparation of Declaration and process of payments for CGIC on monthly basis.
