1. What is IRR?

IRR (Investor Realty Resource) is a unique network of real estate professionals, novice and

professional real estate investors, and companies that provide real estateservices. Meeting monthly, IRR offers a membership and meeting forum toprovide education and real estate investment opportunity resources to theserious real estate investor.

2. What are the meetings like?

Monthly meetings feature speakers on topics pertinent to the distinctfunctions of successful real estate investing. Monthly fees varyaccording to the area of the country, as do membership fees. Meetingsstart around 6:30pm with attendees arriving as early as 6:00pm to sign inand network. Each meeting opens with the introduction of the sponsors and a Keys to Success segment which is usually conducted by a couple of the sponsors. The main speaker is then on for about 45 to 60 minutes, followed by investment exchange, needs brought, etc.The meeting ends around 8:30pm, and attendees usuallytend to hang out for another hour for networking and building relationships.

3. What are sponsors, and how do they assist in a successful IRR?

Sponsors are an important part of your IRR monthly meeting and may include associated

business contacts who are involved in real estate transactions, such asreal estate agents, CPAs, title company, attorney, 1031 experts, selfdirected IRA specialists, appraisers, property inspectors, property managers,etc. Each of the sponsors pays a fee to be associated with your chapter. They receive an exclusive status that allows only them to speak to and promote their businesses and expertise to the monthly audience. Having asponsor's table at registration will allow exclusive distribution ofbusiness cards and promotional material reserved for the IRR sponsors only.

4. What can IRR do for me?

IRR puts you in front of a large group of individuals on a monthly basis.Since you are the only lender speaking at these events, you have just eliminated the competition. IRR clubs offer the investor a safe haven in which you can network with other investors and experts in Real Estate relatedfields. IRR is committed to information; it’s is not an infomercial.
