Expectations
1. To evaluate pediatric rehabilitation patients independently by obtaining a thorough developmental history, and physical examination, including both neurological and musculoskeletal examinations.
2. To present pediatric rehabilitation patients to the team in a concise and organized manner.
3. To generate a treatment plan based on the patients presenting symptoms and information gathered while obtaining a history and performing a physical examination.
4. To understand when certain lab work and studies (MRI brain, hip xrays, etc.) are appropriate to order during the workup of a pediatric rehabilitation patient.
5. To have basic understanding in interpreting labs and studies obtained.
