Today is a big day. We will begin our final project on ancient Chinese philosophy, and we will also take the week’s quiz. (The quiz is today because tomorrow is an early release day, and we will not have history.) For your final project, you will design a brochure for the Halifax Regional Medical Center. This brochure will be available to new parents. The brochure will suggest ways of teaching their children the difference between right and wrong. Your brochure will address three common problems parents have with their kids, and it will suggest a Confucian solution, a Taoist solution, and a Legalist solution. We will spend the last twenty minutes of class taking your quiz, and you will need to finish your brochure for homework over the weekend.
