Rainbow lane, gate has been made, to be installed shortly.

Signs warning off road bikers have been produced, and installed where posts exist. More to be installed in April at Mucking Wharf Road.

Controlled parking zones, Stanford, out for consultation.

Railway Station, redesign going ahead, target start date October, with completion expected December 2018. Bus turning area, ticket office relocate to the south, full public access to the footbridge. Artist concept shown, bridge looks to be roofed over. £12.5 Million.

Manorway clearway illegal HGV parking order change; Police "police" the manorway, the Council will "police" the slip roads. Company name on the cab, registration no, to the council & Terry. Not the name on the containers!

Billet lane flower bed fence, have spoken with Pauline.

No change to bank account, but arithmetical error detected & we have £2.00 more than thought.

Cup presented to the forum as friends of Thurrock Carnival.

The Old Courthouse, change to restaurant.

9Stanford Blooming Marvels, James Bayford

Not much change. Plug plants have arrived, begonias in the polytunnel. Meeting tomorrow night at the Welcome Club. Bulbs are coming up, perennials planting this year. Funding, Terry will look out for any voluntary sector funding available.

Invoice £360 for hire of hall & railway club.

E mail Val Morrison, may be using a different room in future. Must contact Elisabeth tomorrow, re railway club layouts relocation. Large, cumbersome, fragile.

11 Forum Publicity, Advertising

Music Festival. Air cadets OK for the car parking. Sent 6 quotes out for marquee, 1 reply.

Spoke to Dave?? use of hall free for fundraiser.

Infrastructure pretty much all in place. Festival T shirts free when donate xxx amount.

12 Any Other Business

Wood chip dumped on the grass at the recreation ground; at least 5 loads so far but none spread on the path. Also grass cuttings being dumped again, council doing the dumping.

Level Crossing gates, Rainbow lane. Latches are missing & or damaged, gates damaged, have been reported to DP World but no action so far.
