Direct the research, scholarship, leadership development programming, and operation of The Center for Online Innovation in Learning in conjunction with co-directors from College of IST and Education.

QM, sponsored by MarylandOnline, Inc., has received national recognition for its peer-based approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement in online education. Currently serve as the institutional representative for Quality Matters and as certified Quality Matters Reviewer trainer.
