(I am assuming the perps used voice morphing and v2k and/or projected sound).

Woke up with extreme stomach pain. I had severe diarrhea and vomiting that last for approximately (forty five) 45 minutes. I was in so much pain I had to lay on the bathroom floor, because I could not make it back to my bedroom. I called and cancelled the ambulance because the police were out there and the police are the very officials that have been torturing me. Earache and headache. Had a hard time calling out on my phone because the calls kept getting rerouted. Called Tele. This was the same day I called the police dept 2nd division, Chief’s White’s Office and they gave me the run around by transferring me from office to office and still not assisting me. They ended up transferring me to Professional Standards who could not assist me due to the fact that the police were supposed to take the report. I also called the Mayor’s Office and my Metro Council Member’s number in my district and did not receive any assistance. I was trying to report Premeditated Murder in that all of the assaults, stress, etc. will ultimately kill me. No one returned my calls and I will call again on Monday. The persons that I was reporting regarding Premeditated Murder is the Commonwealth of Kentucky State and Federal as they are Aiding and Abetting the Crimes by creating the infrastructure for the crimes to be committed which is also accessory and conspiracy. I have evidence proving that they know who is committing the crimes because they have stated that they have been told not to assist me therefore they are just as guilty as the person committing the crimes.

After being called by 911, Officer Knight (Cell phone #931-4779) stated that he was taking the report from me over the phone and would give me the report number tomorrow. However he never gave me a report number and would not answer his cell phone. For about two weeks, I called the L.M.P.D. second division and was constantly told he was not in, he just left, he’s on leave, he is out of town, etc. I left messages, however Officer Knight never returned my calls.

I can say this because every office here has refused to assist me and made statements such as “We have been told not to assist you.” I have also been told by Danny Lawless, Police Officer that I am “Redlined”. I told 911 if the police are not going to take a report, do not send.
