Work History

1960 – 1972 US Army & CBS Philadelphia, Pa.St. Thomas, USVI

Following a 3 year stint in the US Army as an Information Broadcast Specialistin Korea and then attached to 12th Psychological Warfare Battalion at Ft. Bragg, NC; worked as assistant director for CBS owned and operated WCAU radio & TV station and produced a radio talk show as well as reporting as flying traffic reporter. Upon moving to St. Thomas: sales manager and air personality at WSTA radio then became manager of the CBS affiliate WBNB-TV.

1972 – 1974 Bounty Bay Trading Corp. Thomas, US Virgin Is. Formed an import wholesale company with a leading St. Thomas retailer: bought out by partner.

1974 to Present McLaughlin Companies which, while becoming the largest real estate marketing organization in the Virgin Islands, evolved into several real estate related companies: McLaughlin Management (sold 1990), McLaughlin Anderson vacations, ltd. (sold 2002) St Thomas Title & Abstract (sold 1992) McLaughlin, ArguinCurreri, llc. (sold August,1999)and Appraisal associates, inc. (sold January, 1997).

First Virgin Islands Federal Savings Bank 1993-2000 :Director as of 1993;Chairman as of 1997.

Currently redevelop, own and operate New London residential rental properties.
