F’Street(the “Competition”) is organised by MyCreative Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser” or “MyCreative”) which aims to celebrate the culinary skills of cooks and bakers in Malaysia.Calling all culinary heroes!! A culinary showdown is about to happen.
OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS, ENTREPRENUERS AND BUSINESSES WHO ARE:
  1. Food lovers;
  2. Malaysian citizens; and
  3. 18 years old and above.

*All ingredients must be Halal.
ENTRY SUBMISSION PROCEDURES:
(i)In order to participate in this Competition and be in the running to win, all applicantsarerequired to submita completed entry form to , before the Closing Date with the following details:
a)An overview of applicant’s Food Concept
  1. Pictures of signature dish/ signature dessert;
  2. Ingredients/recipe of signature dish/ signature dessert;
  3. Brief description of signature dish/ signature dessert;
  4. Pricing of signature dish/ signature dessert;
  5. Target market; and
  6. Unique selling point of the signature dish/ signature dessert.
b)An overview of applicant’s current business
  1. Brief description of business:-
  • Establishment date;
  • Location; and
  • Marketing strategies.
  • Description of brand under the business (if available);
  • Overview of business team credentials;
  • Overview of business competitors;
c)Evidence that the food preparer had undergone a typhoid vaccination; and
d)Documentary proof of SijilPengendaliMakanan awarded to the food preparer.
e)To provide a photocopy of applicants NRIC.
(ii)Each email entry will be acknowledged by an auto-receipt reply. If theApplicantdoes not receive any reply within three (3) days of the submission, kindly contact MyCreative.
(iii)No entries will be accepted past the Closing Date, 30th September 2017.
(iv)Incomplete applicationentriesshall be disqualified.
(v)Submissions will be shortlisted and the shortlisted applicants will be contacted by 5th October 2017.
(vi)Shortlisted applicants will be required to present a sample of their signature dish/ signature dessert at a time and place to be informed by the organiser for the selection of finalist to compete on the Competition Day.
(vii)Finalist will be selected and have the opportunity to showcase and sell their product/business/brands/culinary skills on the competition day.
COMPETITION DAY
(i)The competition will be held on the 25th of November 2017 between 10am – 7pm at a location (within Klang Valley) to be informed by organiser.
(ii)Finalist will be required to open a booth and sell their food to public during the competition day.
(iii)MyCreative will provide complimentary booth during the competition day to the finalist.
(iv)All cost incurred in connection with the sale of food shall be borne by the applicants and all proceeds from the sale shall be retained by the finalist.
(v)Finalist are required to pay a security deposit of RM250.00 which will be refunded upon completion of the competition.
(vi)The food shall be presented before the judges on the competition day.
JUDGING CRITERIA & KEYPOINT FOR APPLICANTS TO CONSIDER BEFORE SUBMISSION:
(The finalist shall be required to present their signature dish / signature dessert at a date, time and venue to be informed by the Organiser)

COMPETITION DAY PROCEDURES & CONDITIONS (FOR FINALIST):
(i)Provided by Organizer:
a)Complimentary booth;
b)Two (2) tables;
c)One (1)plug point; and
d)Two (2) chairs.
(ii) Table/Kitchen/Cooking Station Set Up:
a)A menu card featuring your signature dish/ signature dish with pricing must be placed on the table
b)All applicants to bring own cooking utensils all the items necessary for table setting ie: table cloth, napkins, cutleries, crockery etc.
c)All raw materials for food preparation must be brought in by the Applicants;
d)Basic sauces, stock, dough and baking items are to be brought in by the Applicants;
e)All ingredients can be trimmed, cut or marinated, with the cooking to be done on the Pitch Day;
f)Any meat portions may be brought in ready to cook.

By submitting youridea(s) to F’Street, applicants must acknowledge and agree that they are making a submission solely for purposes of being considered for a business funding and to stand a chance to win a cash prize of RM3,500 for Signature Dish or Baking/Dessert. By making an email submission, you release MyCreative Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (“MyCreative”) and its respective directors, officers, shareholders and employees from any and all claims relating to your email submission, including and without limitation arising from the risk of misdirection or misdelivery of your email. F’Street team reserves the right to cancel or reject any application that is found to have been falsified or misappropriate information given by the applicant. F’Streetteam reserves the right to amend any rules and criteria as deemed fit at any point of time.F’Streetteam will not be held responsible for any mishap, accident or death that occurs during the pitch sessions. •Competition form must be accompanied with an overview of applicant’s food concept and current business (refer to item (i) of Entry Submission Procedures).

•Upon the Closing Date, applicant’s will be shortlisted and be notified by 5th October 2017.

•Shortlisted candidate will be required to present a sample of their signature dish/ signature dessert at a time and place to be informed by the Organiser.

•The Finalist will be determined upon the deliberation from the food presentation and to be notified by 20th October 2017.

•Competition Day shall be held on 25th November 2017 between 10.00 am till 7.00pm.

•Finalist will compete and have the opportunity to showcase and sell their Signature Dish / Signature Dessert and culinary skills on the Competition Day.

•What is provided by the Organiser –

  1. Complimentary booth;
  2. Two (2) tables;
  3. One (1) plug-point; and
  4. Two (2) chairs.

•What is required of the Finalists for Table/Kitchen/Cooking set up –
