18 MONTHSLOAN/RENT AGREEMENT
We at (company) ______request that AMR Services supply us the following equipment and agree to the conditions as set out below.
I understand that the first £120 or the first month rental is payable before the machine and coffee is delivered. Further payments will be due upon reception of invoices. (If you wish to have an account facility, please contact us. Also,note that account facility terms are strictly NET 15 days. Failure to pay on time will result in a £10 late payment fee).Please choose from:
OPTION 1: For the agreed amount of £120 (permonthpermachine (plus P&P if outside London) I will receive a free new machine, maintenance, assistance, delivery and up to 300 drinksfor the following 18 months starting from the signing date. Further drinks will be charged separately. In the case where 300 drinks should prove to be in excess of what I require or of non payment this contract will automatically be reverted to a rental agreement. Signature______
OPTION 2: I want to RENT one or moremachines for 18 months at the price of £40 a month (plus VAT) per machine. I will receive free maintenance and after the initial compulsory 300 drinks I will order drinksseparately when I require them.

Terms & Conditions For Free On Loan or rented Machines
1)All machines given on a “free on loan” basis remain property of AMR SERVICES and will be given back at the end of the agreement.
2)This is an 18 months agreement and can be terminated by each party following a 30 days written notice before its expiry date.
3)If none of the two parties wishes to terminate the agreement after 18 months it will be renewed automatically for further 18 months every year and this indefinitely.
4)The client agrees to buy coffee pods only from AMR SERVICES. Failure to do so may terminate the agreement and immediate recollection of the machine(s) may be enforced.
5)The client agrees to take reasonable care of the machine on his premises and takes full responsibility in case of loss or theft.
6)Any relocation of the machine(s) needs to be notified to AMR SERVICES for approval.
7)Any repair, maintenance or breakage of the machine(s) will be free of charge to the customer. It will be under AMR SERVICES responsibility provided that it was not caused by customer’s negligence or by any miss-use of the machine itself.
8)Upon termination of the above agreement the client will hand back or send back the machine to AMR SERVICES.
