Evidence requirements

1.1Delivery date and time of inwards goods are scheduled in accordance with organisational requirements.

1.2Scheduling of deliveries optimises use of inwards goods resources.

Rangeresources include but are not limited to – personnel, equipment.

1.3Inwards goods documentation received in advance is complete, accurate, and recorded in accordance with organisational requirements within agreed time-frame.

Outcome 2

Record receipt of inwards goods in a freezer and/or chiller in a meat processing operation.

Evidence requirements

2.1Recording of inwards goods in stock control system is complete, accurate, in accordance with organisational requirements, and within agreed time-frame.

2.2Discrepancies between receiving documentation and inwards goods are entered into stock control system in accordance with organisational requirements.

Rangediscrepancies include but are not limited to – product description, quantity, code, date, configuration.

2.3Documentation related to the receipt of inwards goods is accurate, complete, and filed in accordance with organisational requirements.
