Location:
Varnell Elementary School, just north of Dalton, GA
From I-75, take Tunnel Hill exit 341 north on Hwy 201
toward Varnell. Just before Varnell (4.6 miles), turn
right (east) on Hwy 2. The school is on the left just after you
cross Hwy 71 (2.2 miles). ** 4421 Hwy 2, Varnell, GA **
Course:
Modified loop along scenic country roads of NW Georgia.
Some sections have rolling terrain but no major hills.
Refreshments:
Complimentary post race meal
Also fruit, bagels, coffee, Gatorade, water, etc.
Logistics:
- Race management by Carpet Capital Running Club
- Per RRCA guidelines, no headphones, pets, baby joggers
or roller blades allowed.
- Long sleeve T-shirts supplied for pre-registered runners
and as available for race day registrants.
