2016 KAWASAKI TEAM GREEN™ NINJA® ZX™-10R RACER SUPPORT PROGRAM
Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. is pleased to announce the 2016 Kawasaki Team Green Ninja® ZX™10R Racer Support Program for model year 2016 Ninja ZX-10R. As an added benefit to the 2016 Team Green Dealer Program, authorized Kawasaki dealers may qualify to place a unit (maximum of four units per dealer, limited supply available) into the Racer Support Program. The Racer Support Program benefits apply to retail sales of 2016 Ninja ZX-10R models from October 29, 2015 through March 31, 2016. For each eligible model retailed, KMC will pay the racer for every selected model converted to Racer Support status during the program period.

DEALER PROGRAM QUALIFICATION
To participate, a dealer must qualify by ordering the order allocation, or minimum of 3 unit (whichever is greater), of Ninja ZX-10R models for the October 2015 order period (reference bulletin #15-21 MC dated October 19, 2015).
ELIGIBLE MODELS
Any new, not previously registered 2016 MY Ninja ZX-10R model listed below is eligible for Racer Support based upon KMC approval of Racer Support Application and Claim Form.

Qualified Team Green dealers are eligible for one (1) unit for every three (3) units invoiced. Limited supply available and selection of dealers and racers will be at KMC’s sole discretion.

PROCEDURES
1. DEALER PROCEDURE
STEP #1 – APPLICATION APPROVAL BEFORE SALE OF PRODUCT TO RACER
A. For prior KMC approval, complete all Racer Application documents including a one (1) page resume and submit to KMC in Irvine by Friday, January 29, 2016.
To access the electronic application form from the K-Dealer Home page, select SALES, SALES eForms, TEAM GREEN™ then select the link for RACER APPLICATION that includes the following documents:
(1) Racer Support Application Form
(2) Resume Page
(3) Dealer Release and Waiver Form
(4) Racer Release and Waiver Form
(5) Parental or Guardian Consent, Release and Waiver (if the racer is under 18 years old or considered to be a minor in your state)
B. Fill in all required information, and select EMAIL located at the top of the page. The Racer Application documents will be automatically sent to Team Green at
.
C. Upon receiving KMC’s notice of approval, proceed to Step #2 below.
STEP #2 – ONLY AFTER RECEIVING APPLICATION APPROVAL BY KMC
A. Upon receipt of KMC’s approval of the Racer Application, complete the sale directly with the racer and deliver product as agreed.
B. Contingency Rewards Program enrollment required. Racer must register into the Kawasaki Contingency Rewards Program online at www.KawasakiSalesRewards.com. (See 2 below for enrollment procedures.)
C. Submit retail sale/product registration to warranty administration via K-Dealer. See also IMPORTANT PROGRAM DEADLINES under General Terms and Conditions shown below.
D. Pay for KMFC-financed unit.
E. To access the electronic CLAIM form from the K-Dealer Home page, select SALES, SALES eForms, TEAM GREEN™ then select the link for RACER SUPPORT CLAIM FORM.

NOTE: The 2016 Team Green™ Ninja® ZX™-10R Racer Support Application MUST be approved prior to submission of the 2016 Team Green™ Ninja® ZX™-10R Racer Support Claim Form.
2. Contingency Rewards Program Enrollment Procedures:
A. Log on to www.KawasakiSalesRewards.com and select New User? Click Here to Register.
i. You will be asked for your date of birth, first/last name, mailing address, social security number and contact information. During this step you will also set up your own User Name. (Card numbers will no longer be used to log in to the website.)
Please complete each box marked with an asterisk (*).
a) Please enter date of birth and social security numbers carefully. These important fields can only be changed by contacting customer service once registration is confirmed.
b) After registration is complete, you will receive an email at the address you provided during this step confirming your registration and providing you with a password to the website, which you may change the next time you log in.
ii. Click the Join a Program button on the navigation bar.
a) Select Contingency Program to begin to earn vehicle-related incentives and receive your own rewards card.
b) Please complete all required information.
B. Once your registration has been submitted and approved, you will receive an automated email response confirming your enrollment; and receive a brand new personalized Kawasaki Contingency Rewards MasterCard® within 7-10 business days.

3. KMC Procedure
A. Receive and review 2016 Team Green™ Ninja® ZX™-10R Racer Support Application with resume and advise dealer of status by February 29, 2016.
B. Receive and review properly completed 2016 Team Green™ Ninja® ZX™-10R Racer Support Claim Form.
C. Issue applicable incentive credit to the racer through the Kawasaki Contingency Rewards MasterCard at KMC’s sole discretion.
D. Issue incentive credit upon verification of each qualifying model retailed during the program period, and the following:
i. Timely processing of retail sales/product registrations
ii. Payment in full of all amounts owing to Kawasaki Motors Finance Corporation (“KMFC”) if the qualifying model was financed by KMFC
iii. Contingency program enrollment
GENERAL TERMS CONDITIONS
1. Only bona fide retail sales (as defined in dealer sales bulletin #15-41 dated June 2, 2015) of eligible models (new, not previously registered) are eligible for program participation; and sales bulletin #15-43 ALL dated June 2, 2015 for “Dealer Obligations Regarding Pre-sale Repairs”. Retail sales/product registrations are subject to audit by KMC to determine validity of sales.
2. If it is subsequently determined that a bona fide retail sale did not take place or a motorcycle is unregistered, Kawasaki reserves the right to charge dealer’s open account for the applicable cost of program benefits applied.
3. A 2016 Team Green™ Ninja® ZX™-10R Racer Support Application with a one page resume and Claim Form must be completed for the retail sales of each eligible model for which the dealer claims the Racer Support Incentive on units converted to Racer Support status.
4. The Racer Support credit will be determined by KMC and issued to the racer’s Kawasaki Contingency Rewards MasterCard, in KMC’s sole discretion, upon timely receipt of completed retail sale/product registration and payment in full of all amounts owing to KMFC if the qualifying model was financed by KMFC.
5. To be considered valid in order for incentive to be processed and credited to your dealer’s open account:
A. Claim forms and KMFC Flooring Payment Due within five (5) business days or seven (7) calendar days of the reported retail sale date, and no later than Thursday, April 7, 2016.
B. Product Registrations due within five (5) business days of the reported retail sale date, or by Thursday, March 31, 2016, whichever occurs first. Retail Sales/Product registration submitted through K-Dealer will display the word ‘COMPLETED” when they have been accepted and processed by KMC. Make sure to check the Product Registration Status screen to ensure the registration(s) submitted were not returned for more information or address corrections.

new 2014 ZX10R in 2015. Have served as a control rider with Midwest Café Racing Association (MCRA) since 2013. Served on the
MCRA board of directors in 2014. Served on the MCRA Race Committee in 2015 and was an instructor in the MCRA Racer Clinic (racer
licensing school).
Highlights: I picked up my brand new 2014 ZX10R in February of 2015 and quickly prepped it for racing. I took 4th in my 1st race at Putnam
and took 2nd in my 2nd race in the rain at Putnam Park where I became a huge fan of the KTRC. Every race after that
I gained a lot of confidence with that bike and took two 1st place and two 2nd place trophies at Gateway Motorsports Park this year and I
was running within 1 second of our top experts at Gateway.
Goals: To finish in the top 3 my first year in the MCRA Expert GT class. I believe that is a very realistic goal. I am also considering
racing in a few CCS events in the 2016 season.
Publicity: MCRA used me and my bikes for all the local bike night events at Big St Charles Motorsports in 2015.
