Thank you for supporting the7th Annual Kiski Area Alumni Soccer Game. We would like to help keep the tradition alive witha challenging match up of former student athletes against the school’s current Varsity and Junior Varsity squad.

Your corporate sponsorship will benefit The Kiski Area Boys Soccer Booster Program. Your donation will assist with the needs and growth of our Boys’ Varsity and Junior Varsity Teams. The booster program helps support the coaches and players, fosters team spirit and promotes the soccer program within the school and the community. Last year with the help of the money raised by sponsors, the boosters were able to provide each player with matching Adidas warm ups and more.

With yournew $130.00 sponsorship your company will be recognizedwith an attractive2' x 4' color banner decorated with your company logo and information. The banner will be displayed around the playing field before and during our home games Davis Field and also acknowledged in our game program book and on our website.

Becoming a sponsor for the game is easy. Please carefully print your information on the form below, include a check, attach a business card or copy of your logo, if available,and mail to the address shown. If you are an Alumni Soccer Player please read this section carefully and sign and date the form.

Waiver: I, the Kiski Area Alumni Soccer Player, agree that I will abide by the rules of the Kiski Area School District and the Boosters. Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with soccer and in consideration for the Boosters accepting the registrant for its soccer program and activities (the “Program”), I hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify the Kiski Area School District, the Kiski Area High School Boys Soccer Team and Boosters, affiliated organizations and sponsors, their employees and associated personnel, including the owners of fields and facilities utilized for the Program, against any claim by or on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrant’s participation in the Program.
