I/We do authorize the firm to considered my/our application for General location without (PLC) or any other category which may be available with respective to PLC charges, as the case may be, in case of non availability in the preferred location.

TERMS AND CONDITION ANNEXED TO AND FORMING PART OF THE APPLICATION FORM FOR REGISTRATION IN PROPOSED SCHEME ELITE APEX AT MAHALAXMI NAGAR, PIPLIYA KUMAR INDORE.

  1. The applicant has applied for the registration for booking of a residential/commercial unit and has thoroughly understood the entire scheme laws, notifications and rules applicable from time to time to its full knowledge.
  2. The applicant understands that he/they will not interfere in layout implementation, drawings and design of the scheme and will not also modify the Internal/External scheme even at a later stage to keep the harmony of the scheme.
  3. That the area mentioned herewith is subject to change as per the actual measurement and the price of the units shall be increased and decreased accordingly.
  4. Any terms and condition which could not be mentioned or clarified here in this application shall be at the sole discretion of the promoters and developers.
  5. The applicant understand that he/they follow all the rules and regulations of “ELITE APEX RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE SOCIETY”.
  6. That the design, layout, specification and facilities as described in the brochure may change at the sole discretion of the promoters & Developers and the applicant shall not object at any time for such charges.
  7. The applicant shallaccept the parking allotted to the flat /unit by the management.
  8. All central Govt. / State govt. taxes IDA . Service TAX, VAT, GST or any other charges as may be applicable from time, whether levied or to be levied in future on the sale of residential/ commercial units in the proposed township shall be paid and borne exclusively by the applicant.
  9. Applicant understand that if deal is done individually (bypassing the broker) than the sole responsibility of brokerage will be of applicant
  10. Sinking fund @ Rs25/- per sq.ft. shall be paid extra in favour of ELITE APEX RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE SOCIETY as per the payment schedule .
  11. MPSEB charge @ 25000/- KVA (approx) shall be paid extra as per the payment schedule.
  12. Club charge @ Rs30000/-, shall be paid extra as per the payment schedule. The company intends to develop a club house having gymnasium, swimming pool steam bath, sauna bath etc. as a part of facilities. The facilities shall be subject to terms & condition. These facilities shall be subject to nominal usage charges for various activities, A separate club membership form/agreement shall be executed at the time of the possession on the unit.
  13. The applicant agrees to pay appropriate administrative/processing charges in case of any transfer of his/her booking @ Rs. 10/- sq. ft. or as decided by the management of the company from time to time .
  14. Possession shall be given only after full & final payments
  15. Courts of Indore alone shall have jurisdiction in all matters arising out of and touching and / concerning this application.
