My position as aConstruction ManagementSpecialist and supervisory official, performs the design, project control, cost estimation, contract administration, quality schedulingassurance,andcontrol activities involvedincapital construction, public works projects, for the Blue Acres programs administered by the State of New Jersey.
InfrastructureImprovement Projects(2009) | Budgets: $1M to $3M:
- Provide Project Management service, generated all correspondences and designs of 6 MEP projectsfor the New York City School Construction Authority.
- Create re-design drawings and change-orders with cost analysis for each project in order to accommodate existing field.
Capital Improvement Projects(2008) | Budget: $5M
- Provided Projects Management service that included three demo science Labs projects, an exterior masonry re-pointing and a flood elimination project.
- Managed and generated all correspondences and aspects of each project.
- Re-design drawings with analysis for each project in order to accommodate existing field conditions. The total square footage is approximately 25,000sf.

- Provide Project Management Services for the construction of a new addition to an existing Juvenile Detention Center. Provide construction service, coordination, and supervision of all on-site construction and administrative functions; including the inspection of construction for compliance with contract plans, and specifications.
