QUOTE OF THE WEEK

“The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra.”

ATTENDANCE & TARDIES

Please help us by having your student at school every day by 9:00 a.m. Understanding the importance of Education is one of the best gifts you can give your child.

Please be aware that when you pick up your student between 2:05 p.m. and the end of the school day it is an early pick up which counts as a tardy.

We begin our end of day pick routine at 3:40p.m. each day and ask that you do not pick up your student at this time of the day. Students are transitioning to their release areas, which makes it difficult to call them to the office.

PARKING

Parents please be sure that you do not block or park in the driveways of the neighboring homes to the school or the park where our walking school bus students are picked up. Walking school bus parents: Please be sure that you are parking down by the walking school bus sign (this is not the section of the park where the Barney playground equipment is located). This will allow more room for our car rider parents to wait without blocking our neighbor’s driveways.

Parents should not be parking in front of the school on the west side of the street. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our students safe.
