Thank you for your interest in Notable Occasions. Your wedding deserves to be a Notable Occasion! When you hire our services for your wedding reception on ______you will receive personal service and quality entertainment that you would expect from a professional wedding service for your once-in-a-lifetime-occasion.
The cost for my DJ service is a $_____ with a 4 hour minimum. It is an additional $100 per our thereafter. This includes a quality sound system, a large music selection, wireless microphone, a professional DJ wearing formal attire, reception coordinating paperwork and a free consultation. We’ll begin with dinner music (when your first guest arrives) and continue on through the evening as long as you need music.
To reserve Notable Occasions for your date, please return the enclosed contract signed and dated along with a $50 non-refundable deposit. I must have your contract and deposit to officially secure your date. Make checks payable to Notable Occasions. The estimated balance will be due before I leave your reception. When your big day arrives and you would like me to stay longer than the estimated time, any hourly fee acquired in addition to your first estimated payment will be due before I leave the reception premises on the date of your event.
I have enclosed planning paperwork that will help tailor your wedding reception to be everything you imagine. Please answer these questions very thoroughly, and return everything at least two weeks before your reception.
You are welcome and encouraged to make an appointment to discuss your reception events in detail. At this meeting, and/or in the paper work that follows, you can inform me of everything that you expect on your special day. You may also browse through a list of our music collection at this time.
I ask that you supply a long table (preferably 8 feet long - near an electrical outlet) set up with skirting and tablecloth if possible. Be sure that the reception hall will be open to set-up at least one and a half hours before your guests are expected to arrive.

Notable Occasions agrees to provide service to the client, on the
date of for the following services:
q DJ Service (4 hour min.)
q First Intelligent Lighting Stand ($100)
q Second Intelligent Lighting Stand ($50)
q DJ Cam ($80 per 60 minute digital tape used) Sony DCR-TRV25 model
q Still Digital Pics from DJ Cam on CD ($.25 per picture)
q Separate Ceremony Sound System w/ music ($150)
A non-refundable deposit of $ 50.00 will be required to reserve our services for the date of your event. Your date will be reserved only when the deposit is received. You, the client, will be required to pay all final charges to Notable Occasions on or before date of service.
Terms of Cancellation:
1) Cancellation of this contract by the client at any time on or before your scheduled event date will forfeit clients deposit.
2) Cancellation due to inclement weather allowable up to 24 hours prior to the event, at such time, both parties agree to reschedule the event, return of deposit will occur only when the rescheduled date can not be accommodated by Notable Occasions.
3) In the unlikely event that Notable Occasions is unable to provide service and must break the contract, your entire $ 50.00 deposit will be refunded.
Waiver of liability:
Any damage occurring to persons or property, for reasons know and unknown, but not limited to: an act or multiple acts of God, Illegal activities taking place in or near event location, you, your estate, heirs, and other representatives of you will NOT hold Notable Occasions, Ryan and/or Jennifer, their heirs, and estate and other representatives liable for any such occurrences.
