Click on the Counseling Tab; Scroll down, click on

Follow directions on the card provided to create your account. Please use your current email and a memorable password. Please record your email/username and password in a safe place!

The defaultpage is your “Home Page.” This page gives information about happenings specific to your grade and is the launching point into all aspects of the program.

Click on about metab - If you scroll down, you will see several category headers:

Under “official things about me” :

Please update and keep the information under your profile andaccount current. We will use your profile information to contact you about important, events, and notices (i.e. class meetings, college rep visits, etc.).CR North Counseling will upload your GPA and Decile information for you.

Your test scores will be entered and updated by CRHS-North Counseling, please notify us if your information is incorrect.

Under “interesting things about me”:

Notice the resumelink. This is where you keep a record of all your awards, activities and accomplishments throughout your high school years. This will assist you when you are filling out your college applications. It truly takes the guess work out of building your resume. This is something you should start now and revise at the end of each semester/year.

Notice the gameplanlink. This is a series of questions that are designed to help your counselor work with you to develop a game plan for achieving your goals after graduation. This is something you can start now and revisit semester/yearly! Simply click the save changes button, not the save changes and I am finished button!

Under “my assesments”:

Notice the StrengthsExplorer®link. StrengthsExplorer®powered by Gallup, will help uncover your talents and reveal your potential strengths to you and the people in your world.From there, you will begin a wonderful journey of discovery, and you'll have the tools you need to make the most of your talents.

Under “what are my interests?”:

Notice the Do What You Are®link. The Do What You Are®personality assessment is linked to the Myers-Briggs Personality Inventory, which is used in business and education around the world. You will take this assessment to discover your basic personality type as well as possible careers that are connected to your personal interests and goals. Use the results to explore suggested college majors and careers based on your preferences and strengths.

Notice the Career Interest Profiler is a career interest survey about interest in types of work activities. Use the results to explore suggested occupations; examine the education, training, and skills required (and where to obtain them), as well as wages typical for these occupations.

Notice Cluster finder The Cluster Finder will help you learn what career clusters may be a good match for you based on activities that interest you, personal qualities that you have and subjects that you enjoy studying in school.

Please begin now, and complete each of the above listed assessments in the near future, your results will be saved and can be referenced at any time. Once finished, you can use the data to explore potential careers (please see below).

Please Note – Each assessment can only be completed once. When completing, please follow directions and take the assessment seriously. If you begin and are unable to finish within one sitting, there is an opportunity to click save and return later!

Under “explore careers”

Notice explore careers & clusters Career clusters are a way of grouping careers with common features and skills. Careers grouped into the same cluster typically require similar education and training. Exploring clusters can be a useful way to find a good career match, especially if you have general areas of interest but are not sure what specific careers match those interests. Career clusters can also help you better understand how your coursework in school can prepare you for certain types of careers.
