Business Operations Beautiful Kreations Inc. wants your special day to go off without a hitch and our team works diligently to ensure a flawless occasion. If however, certain conditions beyond our control should prevent us from meeting our high standards, Beautiful Kreations Inc. is to be held blameless. We will nevertheless, do everything in our power to rectify situations that are outside our normal control pertaining to our services at your event.We are fully licensed; insured and carry WC, a copy of our insurance information can be readily provided to your event facility upon request. With over decade of serving,we have earned the trust, reputation and loyalty of our Industry peers and clients alike.Ouraward winning and featured events in weddings and corporate magazines, coupled with countless ongoing referrals, preferred vendor status at many five-star resorts ensures our continued growth and success for decades to come.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Beautiful Kreations will take pictures of our florals and room décor for marketing purposes. Our pictures are taken at the time of our installation so as not to impede your hired photographer. We will contact your photographer at the end of the event for certain high resolution images in 300 dpi. Photos of bride and bridal party could appear in our advertising and or magazine / blog submissions. Photos may appear on our website, blog, DVD’s, printed literature, and other mediums such as “The Knot”, “Brides Magazine”, “Grace Ormonde”, to name a few.

Payments / Acceptance of OrderTogether with the Invoice, this Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and may not be modified except by another agreement in writing and signed by both parties to this Agreement. A signed, faxed, email or text copy of this contract will be accepted as an original copy.

Payment:Your full payment or Initial retainer and subsequent retainers are non-refundable. A 50%Non-Refundable retainer is required to save the date, with the final Non-Refundable 50% due 2 weeks prior to event. Orders within 8 weeks of your scheduled event date are payable at 70/30%. Full payment is due on any orders within two weeks of event date. Return checks are subject to a $45.00 fee. We accept Visa, MC, American Express & Discover credit cards for your convenience. Acceptance of Order:Due to the perishable nature, weather, seasonal growth, color variances and some International restrictions of fresh flowers, combined with the need to match specific colour palettes, there is always a possibility that a last minute substitution may become necessary. Beautiful Kreations will take all precautions to avoid substitutions. In the event that a substitution is necessary, Beautiful Kreations will only use similar or better quality fresh flowers. Your order is guaranteed at the time of booking. Changes to non-specialty types of flowers within the same price point and or flower colours are permitted. Client must give Beautiful Kreations a minimum of two weeks notification of any quantity upgrades prior to your scheduled event date. For any downgrades in quantities, client must give Beautiful Kreations a minimum of eight weeks notification prior to your scheduled event date; last minute downgrades are divvied up amongst the now lowered quantities. In the case where specialty flowers are being requested as an upgrade in flower types, we require a minimum of 12 weeks notification to broker blooms, as some specialty blooms may not be available for your event date due to seasonality. Beautiful Kreations will notify client ahead of time via email of any additional charges relating to additional quantities, upgrade in design styles or specialty florals. Client must approve revised changes electronically. If client declines revisions, we will defer to our original contracted items with you. ****Beautiful Kreations Signature Enhancements are Complimentary on all orders with a subtotal over $3500; complimentary enhancements will be removed once subtotal goes below $3500. Our "Signature" Enhancements are ****Not Eligible for Trade-outs**** nor redeemed for cash value. This exclusive service is a part of our Signature Experience. A complimentary sample of one reception centerpiece will be provided. Samples are done at our studio; please give us two weeks notification to produce sample.

Outdoor Events + Rain Calls: For outdoor functions, Client is and shall be responsible for securing suitable backup space in the same location and with proper access. This location must be specified when event is confirmed. Rain calls must be made at least four (4) hours of event to allow required set-up time. Calls resulting in less time shall, in Beautiful Kreations sole discretion, incur additional labor charges. Beautiful Kreations reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to modify or cancel the set up in outdoor locations, without liability whatsoever, should the weather forecast or conditions indicate possible inclement weather including but not limited to rain, high winds or other circumstances that may cause damage to Beautiful Kreations’ property or to the venue itself. In the event of inclement weather conditions, Client accepts full and complete responsibility for the repair, restoration and/or replacement of any items damaged. “Candles”, it’s our recommendation to use LEDs instead of open flames. Beautiful Kreations will not be responsible for re-lighting any candles that goes out due to winds. “Lined Rose Petals”, we will in our best discretion place lined petals down the aisle in accordance with your desired look. We are not responsible for any blowing away due to winds, for this reason we usually place petals that needs to be lined 20 minutes prior to ceremony start time to prevent the petals from creating a scattered look. “Scattered Rose Petals” We will scatter petals down the aisle, due to winds, these petals may enter ceremony seating areas. All petals lined or scattered are placed 20-30 minutes prior to start of ceremony.

Cancellation/ Natural Disaster

Cancellation:Verbal or email notification of cancellation will be logged and must be followed up with a written notification of cancellation by the paying client/client (s) named in this agreement or any third party on the clients behalf within 7 days and sent via certified mail to Beautiful Kreations 10140 NW 53rd Street Sunrise, FL 33351 Attn: Cancellations. This becomes part of your file as proof of cancellation. In addition, your non-refundable plus subsequent non-refundable retainers will be forfeited. This is to cover monetary losses incurred by Beautiful Kreations. Once we receive your letter of cancellation,we will provide you with a letter advising you, your event is cancelled with Beautiful Kreations. In the event the “Cancelled Event” becomes a rescheduled event with Beautiful Kreations your payments will be credited towards your new date, providing that A. The new date is within one year of initial cancellation and B. The rescheduled event is of equal or greater value of your initial cancelled event with Beautiful Kreations.This credit is non-transferable and non- redeemable for cash You must notify Beautiful Kreations via email @ with the Subject: Re-Scheduled Event along with a certified mail to Beautiful Kreations 10140 NW 53rd Street Sunrise, FL 33351 Attn: Re-Scheduled Event. If new event becomes a destination or an out of originally booked area event, you will responsible for our local/ long distance travel to include Air, Hotel, Communications, Vehicle Rental and Meals plus additional staffing where applicable and any other billable incidentals. If new date coincides with a major holiday or peak season, there will be an additional 15% charge added to your invoice sub-total to cover the cost of flowers affected by holiday and peak season’s prices. If client has paid via credit card and decides to process a credit card charge-back to cancel event, your account will be forwarded to our attorney’s office for recovery. In addition you will be responsible for any and all reasonable attorney’s fees and or court costs associated with the recovery of said payment(s). Should any lawsuits be filed as a result of any dealings between Client and Beautiful Kreations, whether initiated by Client or Beautiful Kreations, such lawsuits shall be filed in Broward County, Florida and shall remain under the jurisdiction of the BrowardCounty court system. Cancellations within 14 calendar days of event are granted no credits. Any perishable, dated or customized items procured for your event will be set aside for client or client’s agent to recover. Natural DisasterIn the event of a postponement due to natural disaster such as Hurricane or an act of war/terrorism, event can be rescheduled subject to our availability. No re-booking fee will be required, however client will be responsible for replacement of all floral items and any rental items procured where applicable

Rentals:Please note that any missing or damages to any of our contracted rental items will incur a replacement fee of said item at cost. All hard goods remain the property of Beautiful Kreations i.e. candle, centerpiece holders, chuppahs, hanging crystals, pearls etc;this amount will be deducted from your credit card on file. If you’re a check paying client; you’ll be invoiced and payment will be due upon receipt. Any un-recovered monies will be forwarded to our attorney’s office for recovery. In addition you will be responsible for any and all reasonable attorney’s fees and or court costs associated with the recovery of said payment(s). Should any lawsuits be filed as a result of any dealings between Client and Beautiful Kreations, whether initiated by Client or Beautiful Kreations, such lawsuits shall be filed in Broward County, Florida and shall remain under the jurisdiction of the Broward County court system.
