Classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted. Cycling and Intro classes are 45 minutes.
Classes which do not average 12 participants will be subject to cancellation. / *Class requires reservation.
Reservations can be made up to 2 days in advance at the Front Desk. 2 minute forfiture policy.
All Zumba classes will accept stand-by only if reservations are full.

Class Descriptions

*All classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted.

20/20/20 - 20 min cardio interval with weights, 20 minutes pilates mat, 20 minutes yoga/stretch. Duration: 60 minutes
ABS - This class will target each group of abdominal muscles - lower, middle, upper and obliques. Duration: 30 minutes
ACTIVE PILATES MAT- Magic circles, bands, balls and free weights add challenge and fun to this pilates muscle sculpting workout.
BOOT CAMP - A challenging class that will build your endurance and push your body to a new level with drills, stations and high repetition.
CARDIO FUSION - Cardio-interval training that combines a little bit of ZUMBA, step aerobics and total body conditioning.
CYCLE AND SCULPT - 45 minutes of indoor cycling and 25 minutes of body sculpting. Duration: 70 minutes
CYCLING - A 45-minute cardio interval workout on an indoor stationary bike. Group motivation and music will help you burn away those calories.
ELLIP-T-CORE - A 45-minute cardio interval workout on the elliptical machines that focuses on your core with varying levels of resistance.
INTERVAL CARDIO WEIGHTS - Alternating intervals of cardio and strength training.
LATIN FUSION SCULPT- Latin dance to sweat off the pounds combined with light weights for body sculpting for a fun workout.
LETS BURN! - A fun all level class focusing on cardio, weights, and abs.
LOW IMPACT FUSION – This class will provide a great workout and lots of energy through total body exercises which have low impact on the joints. / PILATES MAT - Increase your flexibility and strength with mat exercises that focus on the abdominal core.
PILATES BODY WORKOUT - Pilates sculpt plus basic ballet principals for strength, as well as lean, tone muscle. A combination of Pilates based exercises and total body conditioning to increase your flexibility and strength. A variety of equipment is used.
POWER BURN! - The ultimate mix of cardio and weights, while keeping a main focus on abs.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING - A class designed to target all muscle groups. A variety of equipment such as weights, balls or bars are used to strengthen muscles.
Tour de Fit - Test your strength and endurance with this 60 minute ride using great music and innovative choreography. All levels are welcome!
TREADMILL CLASS - A 45 minute cardio interval workout on the treadmill with varying levels of intensity. You’ll be motivated in a group while you walk, jog and run up and down hills. Walkers welcome.
YOGA - Increase your flexibility and core strength. Find the perfect balance to your workout routine with your Healthy Fit yoga practice. Duration: 75 minutes
ZUMBA! - Lively Latin music is combined with Afro-centric beats in this motivating, dance-based aerobic workout. No former dance background needed, just shake your hips and join in the fun!
WEIGHT LOSS CONNECTIONS- Join us for a complimentary new Group Weight Loss meeting. Each week new weight loss topics will be discussed. Meetings will be led by former award winning “Weight Watchers Lady,” Kathy Soury.
