Sales Coordinator MHS

Roles and Responsibilities

Supports Account Executives in executing various sales processes including:

Contract Review, follow up and closure (schedule confirmation, project status, etc)

Information gathering for Quotes/Opportunities

Quote/Opportunity creation (no account management)

PO processing and Handling Engagement fulfillment

New Client project coordination

Within two weeks of new client sign up works with Operations team to determine auditor, proposed schedule and communicate to client

Organize client projects, insure all requirements are addressed by operations teams

Works with Operations and Engineering to monitor project progress and milestones

Communicate engineering requirements to clients and help reinforce expectations

Customer service issues fielded by Account Executives or New Clients

Handles customers needing project related support and questions

Communicates and tracks issues to completion

Reports complaints per quality system, or depending on severity, notes in Changepoint (CRM)

Proactively manage client expectations for service

(Note: Operations team/ Project Coordinators manages the project from engagement to completion )

Lead Research, generation and qualifying

Seminar Sales, coordination and preparation

Trade show support

EducationBachelors Degree preferred

Experience requirements

2 years Inside or Outside sales experience in the service sector (Intangible or consultative selling approach preferred)

2 years of customer service experience

Specific experience in order fulfillment

Sales CRM experience a must, SAP a plus

Ability to effectively work with Sales and Operations staff members

Possesses excellent verbal, written, organizational and computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Highly preferred:

Experience in the European and NAFTA Medical Device regulations (AIMD, MDD, IVD, QSR, CMDCAS
