The constitution defines constitutional rights, freedoms, and law of interests, including the right of a socially disadvantaged population to social security (people with disabilities, elderly, sick, unemployed, etc.) Article 39 of the constitution refers to the right of persons with disabilities: “Everyone shall have the right to social security in old age, in the event of disability and loss of the main income earner as well as in other events specified by law.”
