Call for Paper

Full papers with abstract of 200 words and 5 keywords are invited for ICHR sponsored national seminar on the theme “Ethno history of the tribes of North East India” with the sub themes given below. Last date for submission is 30th November, 2015 as the proceeding will be published in the book form on the day of inauguration of the seminar which is tentatively scheduled on 22nd & 23rd December, 2015.

(3) Economy of the tribes/ OTHER COMMUNITIES of North East India

(5) SOCIAL Movements of the tribes/ OTHER COMMUNITIES of North East India

(6) Peace and conflict situation in North East India

(7) Ethno archaeology of North East India

Guidelines for submission of paper:

Paper contents: Abstract (with 5 key words), Introduction, Objective, Methods, Discussion, Conclusion, Reference and acknowledgement.

Length of Paper

Manuscripts should be typed in English language (Times New Roman, font size 12 points, single spacing) and should be submitted along with an abstract not more than 200 words. The length of a paper should be in within 5000 words including tables, diagrams, figures (which must be submitted in a separate page) etc.

Last Date for Submission: 30th November, 2015.

Mode of Submission: Papers are to be submitted in form of soft copy through email to the following email ids.

Reference

Author(s) should provide the list of references at the end of the paper in sequence as per the guidelines and examples suggested contained in Chicago Referencing Style.

(1) Reference of a book consists of the name author(s), surname first and name, name of the book, publisher and place of publication, year of publication, page number.

(2) Reference of a book more than one author consists of the name of author(s), for first author surname first and first name & for other authors first name first and surname, name of the book, publisher and place of publication, year of publication, page number

(3) Reference of an article of a journal consists of the name of author(s), surname first, “title of the article”, name of the journal with vol & issue number and place of publication, year of publication, page number.
