1.Rulex Customer Service Engineer
Rulex is seeking a detail-oriented software generalist to serve as the primary technical service resource of one of our largest customers. This is a full-time position, based at the Rulex R&D facilities in Genoa, Italy, with up to 25% of time spent travelling to customer sites around the world.
2. Rulex Senior Sales Support Engineer
Rulex is seeking a superstar sales engineer to play a pivotal role in our continued success. Interest in Rulex is growing rapidly, and that is where you come in.
As a valued member of the Rulex Global Account Team, you will be a technical expert, helping the team achieve rapid sales success by leading technical presentations, software demonstrations, technical requirements gathering, product installation and trials, and user training for prospective Rulex customers and partners.
This is a full-time position, based at the Rulex R&D facilities in Genoa or Bologna, Italy, with up to 20%-30% of time spent travelling to Italy, Europe, and the US.
3. Rulex IT System Administrator
Rulex is seeking an IT System Administrator to play a crucial role in our continued success. Interest in Rulex is growing rapidly, and that is where you come in.
The IT System Administrator will set up new IT services, develop, maintain and monitor for the existing infrastructure, and work with the Development Team and the Customer Support Team to develop and implement plans to further evolve the system. This includes looking at all aspects of the application stack including virtualization, storage, databases, web services and data governance. The System Administrator provides day to day desktop support, administration of our internal systems, and manage projects enhancing our IT environment. The System Administrator will also participate in cross-functional teams and help debug system issues.
This is a full-time position, based at the Rulex R&D facilities in Genoa, Italy.
4. Rulex Software Developer
Rulex provides proprietary machine learning software to large enterprises in various industries around the world. Rulex is a small, rapidly growing company with headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts and research and development labs in Genoa, Italy.
Rulex is seeking a developer to play a pivotal role in our continued success. Interest in Rulex is growing rapidly, and that is where you come in.
As a valued member of the Rulex Global Account Team, you will help the team by developing end-to-end new features as well as testing and consolidating the software product.
This is a full-time position, based at the Rulex R&D facilities in Genoa, Italy.
