Technical Specification
Gauge manifold set is equipped with two color-coded valves operation;

6. Refrigerant Identifier
Definition
The refrigerant identifier is used to identify percent weight concentration of R-12, R-22, R-134a, hydrocarbon and air contained in inspected refrigerant.

Technical Specification of Refrigerant Identifier
The refrigerant identifier is portable design;The refrigerant identifier utilizes non-dispersive infrared (NDIR);
The refrigerant identifier shall determine and provide weight concentration of R-12, R-22, R-134a, hydrocarbon and air;
Resolution: The refrigerant identifier shall read percentage of weight concentration to one decimal point;
The refrigerant identifier is certified to SAE J1771 or equivalent;
The refrigerant identifier shall have alarm indication and light illumination to alert if hydrocarbon concentrations are sensed to be 2% or greater by weight;
Refrigerant sample size not greater than 14 grams per test;
Refrigerant identifier can be operated from supplied rechargeable battery, from supplied operated with 12 VDC vehicle power cable and from supplied AC power supply (AC adapter);
The refrigerant identifier is equipped with built-in printer for printing test result;
Others
The supplier must prepare refrigerant in order to perform commissioning of all refrigerant identifiers. Types of refrigerant that shall be available for commissioning include at least HFC-134a and HCFC-22. The supplier shall also be responsible for performing testing of equipment during the commissioning;
All equipment may be scaled in SI Unit which is equivalent to the numbers shown above. For instance, the temperature, the pressure gauge, the port connection may be scaled either in o F or o C, PSI or KPa, inch or m.m. respectively
