(1) Project Manager/Associate Curator (Full-time)

The Project Manager/Associate Curator is responsible for the functions of planning and implementing the organization’s annual and short-term projects, as well as the video art collection.

Duties:

•Communicates, prepares correspondence, and coordinates with different stakeholders of the organization.

• Researching, compiling and preparing written information about the organization’s annual projects.

• Curate innovative short-term projects for the organization.

•Monitors contractual agreements; budget development, administration, and fiscal reporting.

•Responsible for the production and delivery of specific exhibition projects within time and budget and to agreed standards of quality.

•Writes and reviews exhibition contracts. Tracks contract obligations, requirements, and associated deadlines for each project. Prepares draft co-organizer, guest curator, and artist contracts.

•Integrates exhibition information, creates lists, and generates loan requests.

•Liaises with outside vendors and prepare written agreements with external providers.

•Responds to inquiries from the public.

•Prepare exhibition proposals.

•Reviews the organization website and social media platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:

•Bachelor's Degree required.

•Proven working experience as a project manager in the cultural field.

•Excellent stakeholder-facing and internal communication skills.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

(2) Project Coordinator (Full-time)

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the functions of coordinatingthe organization’s annual projects, as well as the video art collection.

Duties:

•Communicates, prepares correspondence, and coordinates with different stakeholders of the organization.

•Creates, updates weekly, and distributes task schedules in consultation with the Board. Follows up with relevant staff to ensure deadlines are met.

•Circulates exhibition contracts.

•Maintains and updates documents and spreadsheets for assigned projects: Task Schedules, Installation Schedules, Project Schedule, and Contractual Obligations.

•Integrates exhibition information, creates lists, and generates loan requests.

•Liaises with outside vendors.

•Works closely with all relevant stakeholders to create, maintain, and distribute a monthly calendar reflecting all activities relating to the organization.

•Responds to inquiries from the public.

•Circulate exhibition proposals.

•Reviews the organization website and social media platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:

•Bachelor's Degree required.

•Proven working experience as a project manager in the cultural field.

•Excellent stakeholder-facing and internal communication skills.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

(3) Associate Curator (Project-based)

The Associate Curator is responsible for the functions of planning and implementing the organization’s short-term projects.

Duties:

•Researching, compiling and preparing written information about the organization’s annual projects.

•Curate innovative projects for the organization.

•Collaborating with other institutions.

•Ensuring that the organization’s video collections are properly preserved.

•Raising funds and grants.

Minimum Qualifications:

•Bachelor's Degree required.

•Proven working experience in curating and fundraising in the cultural field.

•Excellent stakeholder-facing and internal communication skills .

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

(4) Fundraiser (Project-based)

The Fundraiser organize events and campaigns to raise money and other donations for an organization. They may design promotional materials and increase awareness of an organization’s work, goals, and financial needs.

Duties:

•Researches prospective donors.

•Creates a strong fundraising message that appeals to potential donors.

•Conducts fundraising strategies for an organization.

•Identifies and contact potential donors.

•Organizes a campaign or event that will lead to soliciting donations.

•Maintains records of donor information for future use.

•Evaluates the success of previous fundraising events.

•Trains volunteers in fundraising procedures and practices.

•Ensures that all legal reporting requirements are satisfied.

Minimum Qualifications:

•Bachelor's Degree required.

•Proven working experience in fundraising in the cultural field.
