Home Page

1) Love the Jquery and the blueprint background.

1) Let's removethe logo underneath the Jquery, which will move everything underneath it up.

2) Can we put somewhere on the page Specializing in Industrial Storage Solutions, Handling Equipment and Material Handling Systems.

3) Can we make the "Featured Projects"a little smaller, I think they are a little too big scale wise, but love how you have them shown.

4) Love the Footer -

a) Your map is much better but let's make it smaller, maybe the same height as the text on the left.

b) Let's move the four organization logos that are above the footer into the footer itself, centered above "©2010 - 2014 Applied Handling NW..." and make them smaller.

All the logos had white backgrounds so I stripped it out and made the backgrounds transparent. Since the images were not the greatest of quality, let me know how it looks. Didn't look as choppy as I thought it might against that blue/green background but I did move them there. The “SAT” logo is the one that didn't really come out great in my opinion.

c) By making the map smaller we can make the solid teal area shorter in height, which wouldshorten the overall height of the footer.

5) We need to add "Services" and "Projects" to the Navigation. -

These will be added...I didn't add them since I haven't built the pages yet but I will add to the main menu (I had the About Page there because I have planned on building it but decided to send what I had first)

6) Can we put the 800# in the Header

Wow - I just realized that youmade the blueprint background look like it is scrolling underneath the page info -Cool!!

Can we try one thing on the other pages besides the home page. It is possible tohave maybe a 1/4"(or whatever you think looks good) wide line of the blueprint background show thru and look like it is the bottom of the header, so there is a little more of a division between the white background of the header and the white background of the page itself. Does that make sense?

I added a small transparent section and also added a 1px (height) border below the white area to style it a little bit. Let me know if this is what you meant!

Product Page for "Rack Supported Structures"

1) Let's delete the branch locations on the right hand side, because they are in the footer.

2) I love having the "Contact Us" on each page, but can we make the text a little smaller and condense the form a little so it is shorter in length.

I made the font size smaller (12px) and reduced the fields...removed the Phone Number field and the Company Name field. We have those on the major form on the Contact page so I removed them here so the form isn't as large. Also made it a little slimmer.

3) I plan on expanding the information shown for each type of product down the road, so I would like to have separate pages for each type, i.e. Cantilever Rack Supported, Pallet Rack Supported and Other Rack Supported. Can we add three photos underneath the header "Rack Supported Structures at the top of the page, one for each type and label them, then maybe put the "Additional Options" button underneath them. Each photo/title would link to the separate page. Thencontinue with the Benefits and Applications as you have now.So we would have three pages linked to the main Rack Supported Structures page. I like the way you have set up the info and photos, they look great, would just like them on separate pages. The frames around the photos are cool.

Just thinking ahead but MAYBE we need to look at removing the products menu that appears to the right of the opening paragraph on the home page (Only the home page)....as that menu grows (when I add all the other sub pages), it will leave a huge gap of white space between the opening paragraph and the 3 boxes below that that say Quality, Expertise and Serivce. One thought I did have was moving those boxes up in that white space area that will be created but it crammed the images and text too close together and doesn't look right on mobile or tablet. One idea that would be an easy fix would be to find a nice image that we can put there and my thought was to get a team picture of everyone at Applied? I can then drop it there and it kills two birds with one stone (love that saying...hahaha!). We cover the white space up AND show visitors the team...similar to what I believe DACO has on one of their pages with the team shot on the steps.

4) Since we will haveseparate pages, can we have the navigation on the right hand side expand down when you click on it like it does on their site now.

Product Overview Page

1) I think I would like to stay consistent with the layout you used on the above Product Page with the Navigation and Contact Us Form on the right hand side and put the product pictures on the left hand side.

2) Let's put them on the white background underneath the verbiage. Maybe three rows of four pictures each. I'm concerned that the pictures are going to get lost on the blueprint background, even though it looks really cool.

3) Let's remove the organization logos because we put them in the footer.

4) I need to add one more product category called "Custom Industrial Carts". Let's put it after "Conveyors".

Contact Us Form -Looks great.

It may not seem like it from the above list, I did warn you I am anal, but I love what you have done. It looks much more fresh and professional, thank you. Can't believe you got all this done in three days!

I'm so excited to see more...

Glad you are liking it so far! I am really excited how it's turning out. I keep looking at the current site and what we are building and I think it's definitely a huge step up and makes it look more up to date and modern!

Also, I added some dummy text to the home page jquery slider just so you knew we CAN do that and it can link to any page we want (just in case you want to do that).
