1) Have a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Or Mechatronics

The Intelligent Control Laboratory in Sun Moon University are seeking the qualified person. Those who have a M.S. degree in following areas can apply to Ph. D course in Engineering. If the applicant has a B.S in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or Mechatronics, he/she can apply to M.S course in Engineering. The detail conditions are as follows.

1.  Ph. D course in Engineering

a.  Qualification

1)  Have a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or Mechatronics.

2)  Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening)

3)  Preferable research background are as follows.

- Machine inspection

. Development of vision inspection system in FPD (Flat panel Display) manufacture.

. Development of vision inspection system in Semiconductor manufacture.

. Development of vision inspection system in Electric Package manufacture.

- Robotics

. Surgery robot, . Mobile robot

- Intelligent Vehicle Control

. Battery Management system, Intelligent Control System in vehicle

-  Industrial Automation Machine

. Automatic manufacturing machine in Electric package manufacture

b.  Benefit

1)  Monthly allowance

-  Student researcher in Ph. D course : 1,500 U.S. Dollars per month

2)  For student researcher who will study in Ph. D course, the full tuition is exempted by professor.

2.  Master of Science in Engineering course

a.  Qualification

1)  Have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or Mechatronics.

2)  Good academic background

3)  Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening)

b.  Benefit

1)  Monthly allowance : 800 U.S. Dollars per month

2)  The full tuition is exempted by professor..
