To tender of tender document for conceptualizing, designing, execution and supervision of temporary structures, related infrastructure & event management services for mango festival 2014, Sasan

1. Entire event shall be run on DG set , considering no power supply available at venue

2. Housekeeping by all means will be managed by the event agency on entire event days

3. Additional item of stage:

1 / Inaugural Stage to be approx. 8 Mtr. x 12 Mtr. area for Inaugural function so as to give optimum visibility to viewers designed by bidder for 3 days. The agency shall construct a designed backdrop as per the requirements with required framing in wooden section with structurally sound framework at the back. The wooden stage to carry 500 kg per sq.mts load and stepped floor with 19 mm thick fire retardant plywood sheets, sides shall also be covered with fire retardant plywood. The final floor has to be covered with evenly laid smooth ply-board over battens. Provision for seating arrangements on stage will be required for VVIPs for all event days as directed by TCGL is part of scope of work. The supporting steels scaffolding to be provided with base plates and diagonal dressing in both directions. Ensure minimum size of 40NB dia pipe B class for any steel supports and 150*150mm the base plate 8/10 mm thick for all supports. providing and erecting truss for lighting and sound systems and ensure proper strengthening and stability of lighting truss / sound systems and other element kept for ambience as directed by TCGL is part of scope of work. Installations are to be erected from existing area with sufficient anchorage. Aesthetic railing and ramp shall be provided. Necessary arrangement for podium on stage as per the requirement of TCGL is also the part of scope of work. All joints between sheets to be filled by self-adhesive cloth tape. The colored synthetic carpet is to be laid on plywood with necessary flower arrangements as approved by TCGL. If any modification alteration/addition on site is required same shall be made immediately without any extra charges to complete the job as directed by the TCGL. The stage should be ready before one day of event Inaugural function. Creation of necessary ambience is part of scope of work. Reshuffling of sitting arrangement, any stage works for stipulated scope of works within schedule of the event due to any natural situation is requirement by client shall be arranged without any extra cost.
