1) ‘GOD IS GOING BACK TO SCHOOL’ Project Completes 10th and 11th Semesters since 1997
By the grace of God, we have passed the 140-visits-to-schools mark, finishing our 10th semester last Fall and 11th semester in May. We’ve visited 15 different government high schools and USC-Columbia since March 1997, passing out over 7,800 packets of literature, containing over 36,000 tracts, flyers etc. This past Spring, the Lord enabled us to pass out over 1,000 literature packets in one semester for the first time, using signs, as well as a Christian witness by a handful of adults, to bring the truth about the sanctity of human life, the evil of abortion, chastity-only, and the Gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ alone to these government school ‘gates of hell’ where students are held captive in a Christ-less, evolution-preaching, and condom-pushing education [indoctrination] system. For the first time, we also began
passing out a tract “What The Bible Really Says About Homosexuality,” by Ralph Ovadal, a Wisconsin
pastor, given the cultural and educrat agenda to indoctrinate children into accepting sodomitic behavior.

2) Ongoing weekly Christian Presence at Columbia’s Planned Parenthood abortion mill
Several days each week, there is a Christian pro-life presence outside Planned Parenthood’s Columbia extermination center in Middleburg Park, off Forest Drive, which reported killing over 1,700 children in 2000 (over 21,000 dead from 1978-2000). This innocent blood pollutes the land in Columbia (Nu. 35:33),
and brings the curse of corporate bloodguilt upon “this city, and on its inhabitants” (Jer. 26:15). If you are looking for a way to express your faith with deeds worthy of repentance for your corporate responsiblity in this ongoing bloodshed, please consider bringing the weapons of spiritual warfare that God has given you as a Christian (e.g., prayer, the Word, praise & worship, fasting), to this manifestation of the ‘gates of hell’ at 2712 Middleburg Dr. (Matt. 16:18). The Lord has already closed four of Columbia’s five death camps.
By judgment or by grace, through destruction or by repentance, HE will close this one also. If you would like to be a part of God’s work, and will come anytime between 7 AM and 5 PM, Sunday to Saturday,

3) Inauguration of ‘Establishing Bloodguilt’ project Jan. 20, 2002 - visiting Columbia churches
The ‘Establishing Bloodguilt’ project, sponsored by Operation Save America, was initiated nationwide,
including here in Columbia, on January 20, 2002, planned in over 40 cities. With over 40 million dead, and 29 years of nationwide surgical abortion, the abortion battle is finally being brought to the doorstep of the Church of Jesus Christ. An OSA press release stated, ‘Beginning this January and continuing on every third Sunday of every month, saints from across the nation will bring the horror of abortion (with graphic pictures and literature) right to the front door of the most evangelical churches in their cities... It is a call to repent, and engage in the battle... It is a call to allow the theology of the church house to become biography in the streets of our cities.’ Mr. Flip Benham, a Free Mehtodist minister, and OSA national director, said, “We don’t have to wait for the Supreme Court, the Congress, or the President to bring an end to child-killing. Abortion will end in America, when the Church of Jesus Christ makes up her mind that it will end, and not one second sooner.” The OSA press release continued, ‘If ever there was a time for the Church in America to rise up and confess her failure to speak for the unborn, the time is now. When she does, the abortion industry in America is history!’ (see for more information)
Since January, five pro-life, evangelical churches have been visited in the Columbia area as part of
the “Establishing Bloodguilt” project - First Presbyterian Church (A.R.P.), First Baptist Church (S.B.C.),
Christian Outreach Center (Assemblies), Grace Baptist Church (Independent Baptist), and Cornerstone Presbyterian (P.C.A.). Call CCL if, with humble heart, you would take part in this outreach to the Church.
4) Violating God’s purpose for Civil Government - SC Legislature & Governor continue bloodshed
The South Carolina General Assembly and S.C. Governor once again approved a state budget that
fundssurgical abortion, chemical abortion, birth control for unmarried adolescents (even if their parents object to the government giving their sons or daughters drugs and devices with which to fornicate), and
sterilization of the poor with Medicaid. Both the S.C. State ‘Health’ Plan (administered by Blue Cross/ Blue Shield) and Medicaid use taxpayer funds to kill unborn children, both surgically and chemically.
The Bible says God hates hands that shed innocent blood (Prov. 6:16,17). This includes the hands of the
Governor who signed the budget and those legislators who voted for the budget. These are accessories-before-the-fact of state-funded murder. The FY 2000-2003 SC state budget goes into effect July 1, 2002.
5) PRO-LIFE VOTERS IN SC - CHOOSE MARK SANFORD IN JUNE 25TH RUN-OFF
MARK SANFORDIS THE ONLY REMAINING GUBERNATORIAL CANDIDATE IN THE
JUNE 25TH RUN-OFF WHO HAS GIVEN HIS WRITTEN COMMITMENT TO SUPPORT H.3252, THE RIGHT TO LIFE ACT OF SC (ENDS ‘LEGALIZED’ ABORTION IN SC), AND WHO HAS COMMITTED NOT TO FUND SURGICAL OR CHEMICAL ABORTION IN SC STATE BUDGET.
After the June 11th GOP Primary for Governor, MARK SANFORD is the only candidate of the two remaining who has committed:
a) to support H.3252, the Right to Life Act of SC ( and
b) to not fund surgical or chemical abortion in the state budget
The one remaining candidate who HAS given his written commitment to support H.3252, and who HAS given his written commitment to not fund surgical or chemical abortion funding in the state budget is:
MARK SANFORD
The one remaining candidate who HAS NOT given his written commitment to support H.3252, and who HAS NOT given his written commitment to not fund surgical or chemical abortion in the state budget is:
BOB PEELER
6) GOP Primary candidates’ responses to surveys re: support for H.3252 ‘personhood’ bill
Included with this newsletter are the Survey Results of:
a) the two remaining GOP candidates for Governor(Mark Sanford and Bob Peeler) in the June 25
Run-off Election regarding whether they support H.3252, the Right to Life Act of SC, and whether
they are willing to commit not to fund surgical or chemical abortion in the state budget’;
and
b) the three original GOP candidates for Attorney General from the June 11 Primary on their legal opinion
regarding the constitutionality of H.3252. The June 25 Run-off is between McMaster and Richter.
The good news from the results of these two surveys is that at least ONE out of the TWO remaining GOP candidates for SC Governor has given his written commitment to support H.3252, the Right to Life Act of SC, and to not fund surgical or chemical abortion in the SC state budget (i.e., Mark Sanford);
and,
BOTH of the remaining GOP candidates for SC Attorney General have expressed support for H.3252, and their willingness to defend its constitutionality (i.e., Henry McMaster and Larry Richter).
7) Second SC ‘Show the Truth’ tour planned for Aug 14-18, 2002: “Establishing Bloodguilt”
A second annual multi-city SC “Show the Truth” tour is planned in the northeastern section of SC for August 14 - 18. Participants will assemble the evening of August 13, and over the next five days cover cities ranging from Sumter, Florence, and Myrtle Beach, to Columbia and Rock Hill. We will plan to pass out thousands of pieces of literature, including OSA’s “Establishing Bloodguilt” brochure. We will line the streets to show the citizens of SC the innocent preborn who are the bloody victims of the ongoing abortion slaughter in our state (over 7,500 butchered in SC in 2000), just as the Levite showed the body of his concubine to all the tribes of Israel (Judges 19:29,30), and just as those who tolerated Nazi concentration camps were made to view the bodies of those who died there.
