Alex gave a presentation on SharePoint. SharePoint is group collaboration software that allows a project group, committee, or a department to bring together a variety of materials into one, online space. Documents can be uploaded and organized; tasks can be tracked; wikis can be used; links can be created; subsites can be created for further organization and granular control; different access levels and views for users can be managed separately for the main and the subsites; and so on.

Action: Alex will ask Bob Hicks to set up a SharePoint site for CNAC.
