4 Councillors Reports; Terry Piccolo

Enforcement letter sent to the owner of King Street car park, who has responded to the council. Off road motorcycles; Shane has opened a motion, 2nd Terry; for a multi agency approach to this They were at Butts Lane again on Sunday; police attended. Perhaps an area could be found where they can ride safely? Numerous public complaints about the long grass in the recreation ground, the 2 big cutters are being repaired, 1 has been borrowed. Children's play area grass has been cut today. Also complaints about grass cuttings being piled into the hedge near the cricket pitches. Grab lorry to come and remove these.

12 Future Projects, Initiatives

Short of volunteers; the only confirmed names come anyway. Dean will run the volunteers, couple from ngage, may have a problem Sunday litter pick. Air cadets, Richard says yes but not confirmed. Good news, have spoken to Inspector Argent, has seen the plan; will have van, a couple of Specials & PCSO's; will phone the day before with names, times.

Army display also on at Orset show ground.

Payouts on the day about £1000-1100 security.
