The clerk emailed Mr. Burns of Coodes solicitors, giving a deadline for response of Friday 9th October.

The clerk contacted via email, Mr. Viner, re scrap yard at Lower Treluswell, to date no response.

There is a response from the handyman regarding burning of weeds. With regard to insurance for him, I contacted Zurich and as it stands Zurich have said, if the handyman works self employed but solely for the PC they could include him in our public liability, if he works for others as well as PC he needs his own public liability insurance, or if he worked for the PC voluntarily he would be included but that is not the case.
