二、Group Management

2.1 Create a new group

2.1.1 Click “add group”

2.1.2 Input the new group name & icon, then save to submit

Notes: You must save picture first and then new group can be created.

2.2 Group Management

2.2.1 Click any group you want to manage then press “management”

2.2.2 Double click to add members or click “x” to delete members.

2.3 View Groups

2.3.1 Click any group you want to view.

2.3.2 Then you can see all groups’ details, such as name, icon, and members

2.4 Edit Groups

2.4.1 Choose any group you want to edit.

2.4.2 Then you can change the name, icon and so on.

三、Staff Management

3.1 Editor

3.1.1 Choose any member you want to edit

3.1.2 Click “editor” to change the name, country, phone no. and groups

3.2 delete member

Choose the staff member to delete.

3.3 Reset Password

Choose the staff member to reset password, the password is the same as log-in password

3.4 Set Admin

Choose the staff member to set admin, then track others position and do management.

3.5 Cancel Admin

Choose the staff member to cancel its admin, then no right to do management

3.6 Search

3.6.1 Input staff ID, names, phones, countries, creation time to search

四、Equipment management

If there has non-screen terminals in a company, you can edit or delete here.

五、Account Management

Reset the log-in initial password here with 6 – 12 digits or letters.

六、Dispatch Center

6.1 Search

Input ID to search

6.2 Group list

6.3 Set Position Report

Click “Position Report” on the top right to set up.

6.4 Staff Position Tracking

You can track ONE staff position and many members at a time.

6.5 Trajectory Playback

Click “” of staff who you want to check, and go to map to press that red position icon, it will show the details of that staff, then press “trajectory playback” and input time you want to check for playback.

6.6 Electronic

6.1 Click “electronic” to set up the area for staff, if it is beyond this fence, it will alarm to report.

6.1.1 Add new fence

6.1.2 Click “add new fence” to set up.

6.1.3 Click “next step” to finish setup

6.2 Fence Notify

Notify admin thru email, PUSH admin and staff.

6.3 Fence Setting

Click “change” to open email or push notify.

6.7 Group Intercom

Open Application Group Talkback,click the group list in one group at the right end call button(Figure 6-1).This will bring up a group chat interface Intercom,then click "Click Speech" button to correspond with the customer end of the intercom group member.Click "End Button" to end the current session;Also can be accessed by the client to hear talk.Which in talk chat interface can also play a voice recording history.(Figure 6-2)

七.Broadcast Scheduling

1.Broadcast recording

Click "Publish broadcast" button,in publishing broadcast content publishing interface broadcast to all members of the enterprise under and designated members,then click OK after input broadcast content,corresponding member may receive a broadcast notification(Figure 7-1).

2.Finding broadcast content

Figure 7-2,Released later in the period input box broadcast time required to find, you can find the recording broadcast content corresponding to the time period released(Figure 7-3). Click the broadcast recording of "details" button, you can see the broadcast content published names and answer time members

3.Radio call

Click the "Radio call" button, into the broadcast call interface (Figure 7-4), the "click Speech" and "end speech" two buttons, click on the "talk button", the corresponding member companies in mobile phone customers receives the broadcast call. Click "End Speech" button, the current end of the speech.

4.Feedback record

Click on the left end of the chat feedback record (Figure 7-5), shows the most recent user feedback record (Figure 7-6). "Reply" button click user feedback record, you can enter the chat window, you can perform text pictures and news. (Figure 7 -7).

5. Find the record feedback

Figure 7-8,The corresponding update time or user name, click the Find button, you can find the corresponding user feedback record.
