Battleship

Battle Ship Game Instructions:

1. Object of the game is to hit the other ship and sink it before they hit you.

2. Guess what angle you are going to sail. Write that angle down at the bottom of your side of the page. You cannot sail through an island.

3. Using a protractor place the vertex at your ship. Always measuring the base ray parallel to your edge of the paper, measure that angle and move your ship anywhere along the second ray.

4. Play until someone has been hit and sunk.

5. Play with a different partner. We will all play until everyone’s sheets are filled.

1.6 Vertical angles, linear pairs

1.6 Complementary and supplementary angles.

Geometric Art Activity 1.1-1.6

Draw a picture in the blank space to the right of the following terms that includes each word:

1.  point

2.  line

3.  plane

4.  collinear points

5.  coplanar points

6.  line segment

7.  endpoints

8.  ray

9.  opposite rays

10.  intersection

11.  between

12.  angle

13.  vertex of an angle

14.  congruent angles

15.  right angle

16.  segment bisector

17.  angle bisector

18.  vertical angles

19.  linear pair
