‘56 YEARS LATER’ PHOTO EXHIBITION

Manama, Bahrain: 13 April 2015:MODA Mall, the shopping and dining experience for every special occasion, located in the iconic BahrainWorld Trade Center, unveiled a photography exhibition yesterday entitled ’56 Years Later’at an exclusive cocktail reception held in the mall. The event was attended by more than 100 invited guests and shoppers.

The photo exhibitionis byMohammed Ismail. The photographstell the story through pictures of documenting Cuba’s 56 year time-warp.The exhibition can be viewed from 12th April to 24thApril 2015. During the next ten days more than 100 photographs will be on display. All the proceeds from the sale of the photographs will be donated to Ayadi Relief.

As part of its corporate social responsibility, MODA Mall is hosting the photo exhibition in partnership with Ayadi Relief, a Bahraini non-profit relief youth-led organization based in Bahrain. The Charity continuously works to actively set up relief activities and projects both locally and internationally.

About Ayadi Relief:

Ayadi Relief consists of a group of Bahraini youth who came together for the love of volunteer work and helping others and decided to create the first relief organization in Bahrain. This group has started working on relief projects since 2010, although the relief organization was initiated officially in 2013, titled “Ayadi Relief”.

Our aim is to provide relief, awareness and rehabilitation to poverty stricken countries around the world. This is as well as providing these countries with their health, education and social needs, and investing in youth to build in them the love of humanitarian work in order to do so.
Our vision is to achieve social justice and provide a safe and dignified life for underprivileged people around the world, and find radical solutions to poverty.
