I am very delighted to hear of your strong willingness to work with our projects — see the following list distribution;

(02/03/09)Potentials for GUS/GCEPG/GSEEED collaboration with UNU

(2) Our projects are consisted of;

(a) Global University System (GUS), which headquarters is located at the University of Tampere, Finland, and which is a project of UNESCO/UNITWIN/Networking Chair program — see;

(b) GCEPG/GSEEED project, which is a R&D of GUS, and which administration is to be taken care of by the Polytechnic Institute of New York University — see;

List of Memorandum of Understanding

(3) Pls firstly talk with some echelon of higher educational institution (e.g., the University of Ghana, or Advanced Information Technology Institute (AITI), etc.) which would become a secretariat of GUS/Ghana.
(4) Pls then follow the steps mentioned in the Section IX “Action Plan” of the Item (2)-(a)-(iii) in my last list distribution.
(5) For this, you would need fund. Pls feel free to utilize any portion of the Item (2)-(a) in my last list distribution to come up the concept paper of your GUS/Ghana, which may be used for the fund raising for your initial steps.
Pls send me the first draft of your concept paper so that we can work on it together.
(6) Pls feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
We have many things to discuss about, but I would refrain to put every thing here at once not to overwhelm you.
