Some items were excluded from this table due to their low consumption in our study sample, therefore their percentage of contribution to total dietary GI or GL was not relevant. Example: Whole grain cereals, walnuts, cherry, candies, peas, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, quince, lemon, pizza, instant soups, almond, goat milk, full yogurt, dried fig, hazelnut, leek, grapefruit, sugarfree jam, dried plums, curd, ice cream, beet, turnip, blackberry, peanut, strawberry, pineapple, rice pudding, mojicón, puff pastry, cinnamon bun, fried dough, sweet roll and donut.
